Voicemail Set-Up

I'm trying to set up my voicemail but every time I try to make a required 7 number password it says "Voicemail Error Try Again Later" even though at the top it says "Saving Password" So I try it again in case it actually saved it as a password but clearly it did not because this same screen comes up. Am I doing something wrong?
