Mailpoet subcription service Emails not showing images in Apple Mail

I am using Mailpoet subscription service on my website. When I send Newsletters out via email, the images are not showing up in Apple mail. The newsletter looks great in Gmail.

This is word for word what we are seeing. Gmail in browser shows images from MailPoet emails (from a word press site). But on iPhone and Mac, the Mail client does not show images - and worse - it doesn't give the user any way of allowing images. Tested multiple times. Any progress?

You would think Apple would have a clear setting to allow images in emails. TY.

Hi there Rockin__,

To confirm, are you not seeing images in Apple Mail in another user account on your iMac? If needed, you can create a test user to try to see if that happens there too. A new user doesn't have custom or changed settings, and can help determine possible next steps by isolating this further. If needed, this article shows how to create a new user: Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support. Does the same issue happen in a new user as well?

Another option is to test on a different device with the Mail app. Let us know how that goes, or if you have any questions.

Take care!

Hello Jeff,

The Mailpoet Newletter is sent to many people. I checked with a number of people. All Apple mail devices (iphone ect) are not showing images. If they check directly on their Gmail account the images show perfectly. Will making a new user account make any difference. It would still be coming from a Gmail account. Thanks for your input.
