What is your experience with replacing scratched glass for apple watch?

Apple doesn't do that for cosmetic reasons. If the glass is broken, you can purchase an out of warranty replacement watch, but in either scenario, the cost doesn't make much sense for a scratch. Put a screen protector on the watch face, which will likely hide the scratch and prevent future scratches.
