My Powerbeats pro case will not charge and my earbuds will not charge. I have tried multiple cords and cleaned out the power receptacle with an air duster. I have wiped the contact points in the case and on the earbuds with an alcohol wipe. I turned off the automatic ear detection. I have held down the System button for 15 seconds and have a red light. Still not charging Suggestions?
