When I move pictures from my library to an album shouldn’t the pictures leave the library? On my iPad,I have tried this and they still show in the library & album.and if I delete the picture in the library it deletes the one in the album as well ?? Any insight would Appreciate it

No it shouldn't, pictures in the album points back to the photo in the library, doesn't move it. Like how you add songs from your library to your playlist it doesn't delete from the library.
You say no it shouldn’t because it points back to the photo in library. But I put 5 photos in an album and then went back to library to delete them. And then went back to album to see if still there Nope 🤔
