PRINTER NOT WORKING - Encryption Credentials Have Expired error message

Did you try adding it using AirPrint, instead of Secure AirPrint, in AddPrinter? Hold down the option key while selecting the printer, then select AirPrint from the Use: menu.

depending on your country keyboard layout it is between the Control Key and the Command key on the left side—whether it is printed on there or not..give it a try
