I can not connect to my printer from my new IPhone 14 or my IPad

I can not connect my ET-2800 Epson printer to connect to my new IPhone 14. It says the Wi-Fi is connected. When I try to print it says pick a printer but gives me nothing to puck

Try, in this order:

Restart your router by turning it off for 15 seconds or so
Restart your printer
Restart your phone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
