Why do I have a blank space in Spotlight
Before any search I see a blank space in below the Spotlight search box.
There is nothing there
I'm using MacOS Ventura 13.1
Any suggestion regarding this bug ?

I will try to report it. Thanks
You can try from the menubar— click and hold on the Spotlight icon and see if it reverts to a default.
To trouble shoot further you can:
Try a SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Perhaps this is an issue with the Spanish localization, or perhaps something specific to your user account. If you create a new account, using Spanish as the language, does it show that extra empty space? And if the language is English? I’d test it myself but I am away from my mac until tomorrow morning.

Thanks,
Just try both things and the problem persist,
I'm rebuilding the spotlight index right now but I don't believe that will resolve the issue.
