Similar unidentifiable recurring charge of $4.32 as other users

I see a recurring charge for $4.32 by Apple on my bank statement that does not match any of my Apple subscriptions or purchases. I see over 150 people have requested help with this problem, and have only been directed to look at their app and subscription purchase history. I have already done that and cannot find any charges close to $4.32. I'm thinking this is fraud outside of Apple, disguised to look like an Apple purchase. Please let me know if there is anything else I should look at before reporting the charges as fraud. Thank you.

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Hi CarrieMN,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We suggest checking that there were no purchases hidden inadvertently. You can check that using the steps in the Apple Support article: Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

Unhide apps on your iPhone or iPad
If you deleted an app from your iPhone or iPad, the app doesn't automatically reappear on your Home Screen when you unhide it. Instead, redownload the app from the App Store. You don't have to buy the app again.
1. Open the App Store app.
2. Tap the account button , or your photo or initials, at the top of the screen.
3. Tap your name or Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Scroll down and tap Hidden Purchases.
Find the app that you want, then tap Unhide.
6. To return to the App Store, tap Account Settings, then tap Done.
7 . Search for the app, then tap the download button

If you cannot resolve this, get in touch with Apple Support for further assistance:
