Apple watch now has on my text screen new message in blue and below it viewing all messages and I want to delete both off text screen

If the screen is stuck then force restart the Watch
i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
