how to sync multiple flash drive

I have several flash drives for work with about 55,000 files. Changes are made on all the drives by users. How can I sync newly added files to each drive easily ?

Carbon Copy Cloner can do the job. It is an incremental backup or syncing app, i.e. it only syncs those new or modified files. It can be set to Sync A to D, B to D, C to D and then D back to A, B and C to make them all the same. You could set it up so the A ➙ D, B ➙ D and C ➙ D are run continuously whenever CCC detects a change in either A, B or C. Then at a given time(s) during the day it can since D band to A,B and C.

It really is quite flexible in its scheduling.
