Apple Watch apps won’t download

When I want to download an app on my Apple Watch it shows its loading and won’t download after some days. I tried downloading both on my Apple Watch and on my phone but it still won’t download.

Reset the router to factory settings.

Remove any VPN from the iphone.

Check internet speed through the iphone with Meteor or similar app.
