I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13 inch, Late 2013) with macOS Big Sur Version 11.7.2
My screen have become black and I just can use it with external screen.
Some one can telling me if it's a hardware problem and how much could be to fix the problem?

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics(if it's possible), if it reports something display related error or not.
Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, you'd better take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
