Itunes movies in Windows 11

Hi. I just purchased an Alienware M17 R5 AMD and downloaded Itunes. I own quite a few movies. I have tried watching them, but when I click play on a movie a new window opens up that shows nothing but black. I can't close it. It appears to cause all of itunes to freeze. I can only close Itunes by ending the task in Task Manager. The only way I am able to play a video is by downloading it right now. How do I fix this?
