Down loading apps when not in home country

I have a Canadian account but am in the USA for four months. How do I down load apps that says they are not available because I have a Canadian account

for example TV apps such as NBC?

iPad mini, iOS 9

If you want USA apps, you have to change your country settings to the USA unless the same apps is available in the Canadian store.

I was able to easily change my country or region but because Apple requires billing addresses for your credit card,I still could not download free apps. I have a US $ Visa card, but not a US billing address. I can’t watch my Canadian apps in the US, and I can’t download US apps despite being in the US for months at a time. I don’t think there is a solution but would be thrilled if someone had a fix. The only solution may be to not use Apple products and bring my Acer computer next time.

Some people set up two accounts, each set to different countries. That can have its own drawbacks but if you're only changing countries every few months it might work.
