Spell Check - Removing Mis-Spelt Saved Words

I can only find notes on how to do this in 2010, I have a macOS Monterey.

How do I remove my mis-spelt word I saved please?

TextEdit is the best place (or at least it was).

Type the wrong word in TextEdit, ctrl-click on it, choose unlearn.

Shortcut to toggle correct spelling Hello there! I am looking for a way to turn those settings on/off with shortcut or an Alfred workflow, but I can't see how I can make it work. Even automator with record my actions doesn't work as it fails to click the proper things.
