Don't show empty days in Reminders

Although I use Reminders on my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone, I frequently have long stretches with no reminders scheduled. Unfortunately, all of the "empty" days between scheduled reminders are listed, sometimes pushing my next event to the very bottom of my screen (more a problem w/ my iPhone, obviously). I would really like it if those empty days were not displayed but, so far, have not found any way to do that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Greetings davidmhardwick,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We would suggest organizing your Reminders into Smart Lists to help with this. By doing so, you can create custom rules for your Reminders so they don't show the blank spaces. Follow the steps from the Apple Support article: Organize reminders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Create a custom Smart List
1. Tap Add List in the Reminders app's main screen.
2. If asked, select your iCloud account. Type a name for the list, then tap Make into Smart List.
3. Choose tags that you want to use for this list. You can also tap any of the following filters to set them.
Date: Add reminders to the list that are due in a specified range, where you select the dates, or a relative range, like in the next week or in the past two months.
Time: Add reminders to the list that are due at certain times, like morning, afternoon, evening, or night.
Location: Add reminders to the list that match a specific location.
Flag: Add reminders to the list that are flagged.
Priority: Add reminders to the list that have the same priority—high, medium, or low.
4. Choose a color and an icon or an emoji to customize the list and make it easier to recognize at a glance.
6. Tap Done.
You can also make regular lists1 into Smart Lists:
Tap the More button  while viewing a reminder list.
Tap Show List Info.
Scroll down below the icons, then tap Convert to Smart List.

Feel free to reach back out if you have any questions.

We hope this helps you.
