Apple Music Not Sorting Artists Correctly

Where did the tracks in question originate? As an example, were they added to your library from Apple Music, purchased from the iTunes Store, or were they imported to the iTunes or Music app on a computer from other sources (like CDs)? This information can help us determine whether the issue might be local to your device, or if it might have to do with Apple servers.

If you do use Apple Music on other devices, does this issue also appear there? This information will help us determine if the issue is specific to your iPhone 13 Pro, or if it might be with the track metadata, or something on the Apple server side. In this instance, restarting all devices using Apple Music may help.

How to turn on Sync Library on your iPhone or iPad

1. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Music.

4. Turn on Sync Library.
