Country of appstore not changing
I have a credit of less than 1$ in my apple id , i am not able to purchase anything in order to spend this credit , i want to change the country of app store without using this credit .

You cannot change the country if you still have credit remaining on your account.
Buy something more expensive than your remaining credit and pay the rest with a credit card or if you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support so they can remove it.
