Hi _armanshahi,

Let's remove the Batteries widget and add it back to clear out any corruption with the widget:

  1. "Touch and hold the widget that you want to remove.
  2. Tap Remove Widget.
  3. Tap Remove again to confirm.

How to add widgets to your Home Screen

  1. From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle.
  2. Tap the Add button Grey add button in the top left-hand corner.
  3. Select a widget, choose a widget size, then tap Add Widget.
  4. Tap Done.

To add widgets from Today View:

  1. Touch and hold a widget until the quick actions menu opens.
  2. Tap Edit Home Screen.
  3. Drag the widget to the right-hand edge of the screen until it appears on the Home Screen.
  4. Tap Done."

If you have followed the steps correctly and you still have the issue, let us know if you get any specific alerts or error messages when trying, as those may help us determine what might be causing the issue.

We also recommend restarting your device and keeping it updated as those steps assure you have cleared out any minor software issues and are running the most current version.
