My iPhone 11 has been telling me to update from iOS15.7.1 to 15.7.2 for a couple of weeks now. Anytime I try to do it, it tells me that it can't because I'm not connected to the internet. Except, of course, I am.
I then connect the phone to my iMac and that tells me the iPhone has the latest update, 15.7.1
Any thoughts on what's going on here?

Had Beta updates active.
Deleted, rebooted, updating to iOS 16 as I type this.

It sounds like you have a beta version installed.
