I want to increase my icloud storage, but there isn't my country on the list. What can I do?

How can I upgrade to the icloud+ plan from Bangladesh.

You are correct; the list iCloud+ plans and pricing does not include Bangladesh, therefore iCloud+ is not offered in that country.
