Could anyone tell me what I system update I can use for my old macbook please?
Macbook Pro 13 inch Mid 2010
Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F1911)
When look in updates nothing comes up.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS; that computer's maximum one is High Sierra. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
