Why there’s no WhatsApp for iPad like back in iPad 2 it was available in cydia by jailbreak but for iPad M1 there’s nothing I’ve mailed both WhatsApp and Apple 🍎

The WhatApp developers have not released an App compatible with iPad - the App being currently limited to iPhone for Apple devices.
Whilst the App is not available for iPad - you should be able to access the service using a web browser:

not sure what facebooks strategy is in terms of not offering support for it, it's the same deal with instagram really they also don't have a real app for ipads there
