Users & Groups

Where can I find information about users and groups. I found two profiles as the picture below please help me understand.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.1

Try clicking the ? (question mark) icon in the Users & Groups Settings pane. That summons your Mac's Help feature and will describe the relevant settings.


For example your screenshot shows a User (presumably, you) and the Administrators Group. You as well as other Administrators of that Mac are permitted to use Screen Sharing.
