I have two tickets in Ticketmaster and when I tap add to apple wallet and I get a message unable to add ticket to apple wallet at this time do you want to retry. Cannot see anything to do to solve problem

We understand that you're unable to add a couple tickets to Wallet.

Where are you adding the tickets from? Are you using Safari, Mail or the Ticketmaster app?

If you're adding the tickets via Mail for example, are you able to open a webpage in Safari and add the tickets via Safari?
