Plz help me about how to repair the Face ID

You will have to get it serviced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider, if the troubleshooting mentioned in this article does not work:

If your face id is disabled this is most likely a hardware issue. Please update your iOS version to the latest version available. If your Face ID is still not working after that, Contact - Official Apple Support to set up service for your device
