Schedule shut down or sleep in Ventura

I want to schedule my Mac to go to sleep or shut down every night at the same time, which used to be easy in the Systems Preferences Energy panel. In Ventura Apple Support tells you to use Terminal. I have been trying to follow the instructions very carefully and my command is never accepted. Have others had better luck and do you have any tips?

This is the format I've been trying, and I think maybe my last attempt worked, but prior to that the response kept being to refer me to the "man page" for the pmset command, which seemed to mean I'd done something wrong. Everything has to be entered absolutely correctly. So much fussier than the way it was prior to Ventura. I'll find out at 22:45:00 tonight when I want the music to turn off automatically.
