Pins 2 and 4 look a bit charred (1st image.)

A worn out DC-in board can cause your issue. This is a stand alone replacement part. If it is the cause a brand new magasafe charger may temporarily resolve the issue— however will soon wear out as well...

the DC-inboard in the 2nd image looks better.

If that is a third party— try a Apple branded magsafe charger and compare your results:

Stop using that charger since it is bad/damaged. Burnt pins are bad. It is hard to tell from the second photo of the Magsafe port, but those contacts look Ok, however, lighting & reflections can hide issues in the photo. Examine the contacts on the Magsafe port of the laptop to make sure they are not burnt or discolored. If they look Ok, then I think you just need to replace the charger itself as I think the problem is most likely contained to the charger itself.

If in doubt, have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop and charger.
