Screen time limits disappearing

Screen time limits are disappearing for both my kids. Neither is deleting them.

I set screen time limits for my kids‘ iPhones, and they work great... but then after a while they vanish! It’s happened a few times now, and there doesn’t seem to be any pattern to it.

Their “always on” list will seem to reset at the same time?

It’s really unreliable and it’s starting to make me question if this isn’t reliable, what is!??
