Could not load preference panes

OS Monterey issues. Preferences error: "Could not load Bluetooth preference pane." Could not load mouse preference pane.

Bluetooth Preference Pane Error My Bluetooth preference pane will not load. Each time I try to open it, I get the message that there is a "Preferences Error: Could not load Bluetooth preference pane." I have updated to Monterey 12.6.3, but get the same error.

Ventura Bluetooth issues. Why is Apple dragging its feet when addressing the Bluetooth issues created with the Ventura OS 13.0 update? It is impossible to connect my keyboard to my Macbook Pro since the update and all of my mice have a terrible lag as if the buffers get full and then empty out. I can never tell where the pointer will be at any given time because it seldom follows my mouse. The keyboard and mice work fine on all other Bluetooth enabled devices, but NOT on the one device I have with Ventura. (And, yes, I have done all the troubleshooting. Nothing makes it work properly for more than a few minutes.) It is sloppy and anti-user to let this bug continue! I left PC's to get away from this kind of shoddy workmanship!

Hey nubblyman,

From what we understand you're getting an error regarding the Bluetooth Preference Pane after opening System Preference > Bluetooth. If this is only happening when attempting to open Bluetooth preference, it could be related to the presences that are normally configured in that pane.
