Notes default font

Is there any way to change the Notes default font style? Don't see any option for it in Notes Preferences.

[I'm talking about the app named "Notes" that comes with both iOs on iPhone and iPad, and the MacOs app] The reason I want to know this is if I want to "export" the contents of a note, keeping it as much as the original as possible, including spacing and (as I was saying) font / typeface. Font change in notes Hi, I’ve just noticed that when using notes, the font changes when you backspace and move a line up. I really like the new font but can’t find how to change it permanently.

From the Notes menu bar click Format > Font > Show Fonts

Thanks but this doesn't change the default font. it requires changing manually each time one starts a new note. Anything more useful?
