How do I turn off Do Not Disturb in ios 16? It is stuck on.

Open the Control Center by dragging down from the battery icon and tap the Focus button with the crescent moon icon.

Open Control Center, tap on Focus, Tap on Do not Disturb, and make sure nothing is checked there.

If nothing is checked, then it's not turned on.
