Can you update your Trusted number? See manage your trusted phone number at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204915#trusted

If not you need to figure out the original number first used. Check contacts, friends, emails, carriers, etc.

I created this account almost 8 years ago and Iinked it to my number back then,but then I got another a different number with a different phone ,so I can’t remember and nobody has that number anymore.is there anyway to bypass or find and alternative way to get in?
