That is a known issue with the Display. While Apple acknowledged the issue with the MBPro 13" (2016) model with a free Display repair program, Apple never acknowledged the issue with any other model even though I have personally seen the same issue in both 13" & 15" models from 2016 to 2020, although the issue is less common with the later models since Apple did modify the display slightly in 2018.
As for the keyboard issue, you can try cleaning the keyboard using the instructions in this Apple article (it is very important to keep the can of compressed air completely upright or you risk damaging the laptop with the cold wet propellant):
How to clean the keyboard of your MacBook or MacBook Pro - Apple Support
If cleaning the keyboard does not help, then you will need to have the laptop repaired by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. If the laptop is less than four years old, then it may qualify for the free Apple Keyboard repair program (not all keyboard issues qualify). Otherwise expect a very expensive repair as the Display and the Top Case/Keyboard Assemblies are very expensive. It may be more economical to purchase a new laptop.
FYI, here is the current list of the publicly acknowledged free repair programs for various Apple products (some products like this laptop may have multiple programs):
