Subscription failure

Hi,

I payed for an annual subscription in Eurosport app. The payment was successful, it seems an active subscription in my iPhone subscription menu. But according to Eurosport app, I have no active subscription.

Eurosport support says, it’s Apple issue..

In such a situation, I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> Apple Support
