Apple Pay Chargeback

Hello! I recently used apple pay on a vpn Subscription. It was free so I decided to sign up, but didn’t need it anymore. I tried removing the Subscription but there is no way to remove it? So i deleted the app and a few days later i’ve been charged over 70$… I tried making a chargeback but both of them got deleted, what can i do?
