Is there an app out there that allows the user to set a playlist or radio station as an alarm on their iPhone?

It seems as though Apple Music and iPhone ought to "talk to" each other and allow me to wake up to a playlist?

I was hoping to have my alarm set so the local radio station comes on.

The built-in Alarm app can play music, but only if you use Apple Music.

However, there are several 3rd party apps in the App Store which can play the radio as Alarm.

I found one called Radio Alarm Clock: Sleep Timer, but I'm sure there are more.
