Delivery date changed

I just placed an order and the delivery said it would come Tuesday Jan 10, which is why I placed it to be delivered. I go to check on my package and it now says the 13-17 is when it will be delivered. Why did it change?

Wweare end users like you, not Apple. We have zero access to Apple shipping records, so your question cannot be officially answered here.


Emails from Apple regarding your order have an order number and, near the bottom, a section on how to manage your order. Contact info there is where you need to start.


Another possibility is to look up the tracking number on the shipper's site. Some show a reason for delays, like the terrible winter weather the US had over the Christmas holidays. Apple cannot control that.
