Call forwarding doesn't work on iPhone SE


I have SE Model MHGE3LL/A


Under General --> Settings --> Phone I do not see the option for "Call Forward"


I have called the provider and Call Forwarding is enabled

I can use *72 number --> and call forwarding works


I am on the latest iOS version 16.2

I have rest the phone and setup twice


Any other ideas ?

It sounds like you've done some great troubleshooting.


Take a look at the article here to see if it applies:


Set up call forwarding and call waiting on iPhone


You can set up call forwarding and call waiting on iPhone if you have cellular service through a GSM network.

If you have cellular service through a CDMA network, contact your carrier for information about enabling and using these features.


If your cellular carrier's network is GSM, you should see the option on the iPhone at Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding.


If your cellular carrier is CDMA, you'll have to initiate the call forwarding at their end.
