I added money to my Apple ID instead of Apple Cash
I tried to add money to my Apple Cash but instead it was added to my Apple ID and I need it back on my card

Normally once funds are in Apple Account balance the only way to get them out again is to spend them.

"About unused Apple ID balance
You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. " It only mentions gift card balances as being part of those that can be refunded in limited places.
