AirPods Pro 2 call / mic quality

I've been using AirPods Pro 2 for a couple of months and they were just perfect but about a week ago people started complaining they cannot hear me well especially first part of every sentence. Sound is low and muffled in all apps and phone calls both when paired with Iphone or MacBook. Background noises come in front of my own voice also.

Reset did not help. I tried to record voice memo and count from one to ten and most of the times I could clearly hear numbers starting from 4 but in about 1 out of 6-7 recordings everything was perfect. Tried with left and right mic separately and auto - same result so looks like a software issue.

I also noticed that changing between noise cancelation/transparency/off modes is not noticeable at all - I hear chimes but nothing is happening.

For me it looks like there were an automatic software update that does not work properly.

That is something unacceptable for such premium product for that price and I am really dissatisfied and disappointed in Apple quality here.

Is there a way of fixing it?
