Powerbeats pro will not show up on my iPhone 11 that is using iOS 16.2 HELP

Regardless of which method I use none has worked so far. I cannot get my Powerbeats pro headphones to connect Bluetooth to my iPhone 11. It won’t even pop up on the Bluetooth menu. I’ve done everything I’ve read online and I’m still in the same position. Tia

Hello DGlass199,

It looks like you've had the opportunity to review the steps in the related article above: If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product

Since that still continues, let's use the steps below to restart your iPhone:

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

You can also find those steps in this resource: Restart your iPhone Restarting can sometimes help address odd behaviors.

Should that still persists, are you able to pair other Bluetooth devices with your iPhone without any difficulties?

How about pairing your Beats with another device?

Let us know, and we'll take further steps based on your results.
