Shut off green /orange light when making calls
How can you find out which app uses your camera & microphone when on a call ? Is there a way to disable it ?

When you are on a call, then it is the Phone app that uses your microphone. If you are on a FaceTime call then it is the FaceTime app that uses the camera and the microphone. You cannot disable this feature.
When you see a Green or an Orange dot on your screen then you can Pull Down from the Top Right corner of your screen and the app that uses the microphone/camera will be identified at the top.
