Apple ID disabled and can’t fix it

Daughters’ Apple ID has been disabled for about 7 months. We’ve tried everything. Pw reset, Apple support, tried from another device, talked to Apple rep/store -still nothing… they all say there will be an email coming. It never comes! What to do?

Contact Apple again. Clearly the standard methods we know about aren't working for you.


To contact Apple, click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
