Logic Pro X: Flex Pitch issues since the update 10.7.6

It's hard to specify when, but I have the same problem.

It sometimes works normally if I cut the region or adjust the length.

The Flex Pitch function does not work even if the region is saved and loaded as a file.

These notes are fixed at C0 and cannot be changed.

I am attaching a screenshot of my situation, and I am also waiting for an answer too.

I have this exact same problem!! Although mine gets half way through a vocal track I've recorded and then dumps everything onto C0 from half way through the track all the way to the end. What is going on?!

I've said this several times before.... Apple uses it's faithful customers as BETA testers. This is not a small problem.

I had a call with an Apple technician about this, it didn't seem like he'd seen the problem before but is investigating and I'm awaiting a response.

As these are all occurences in the last few days, I'm wondering if it's a MacOS update thing. Out of interest, has everyone here recently updated to Ventura?
