14 plus esim transfer

i’m trying to set up my new phone and it keeps saying that my esim is not supported and now i have no way of connecting anyone because i no longer have cellular connections on my XR or the 14 plus

Check with your cellular carrier.

For example:

If you can't set up an eSIM on your iPhone - Apple Support

I know for AT&T you can have a new eSIM created for your phone directly from their website.
