How to add event ticket to Apple Wallet?

I'm running the latest macOS Ventura. Using Safari, I bought tickets to an event that's displaying inside Safari. There is an "Add to Apple Wallet" button. When I click it, I see the event ticket (see screenshot below, but blurred for obvious reasons), but no call-to-action to add it to the wallet.

I see a message that says "Wallet requires iCloud and an iPhone or iPod Touch with iOS 6 o later." I have both. In fact, I routinely use Wallet on my iPhone 13. What do I do now??
