i pad as display for mac mini

Can iPad 9th gen be used as display for mac mini M1?? Which all i pad compatible to be used as monitor for mac mini & how??

Both devices meet the SideCar requirements. see > Use an iPad as a second display for a Mac - Apple Support

Keep in mind, that the Mac mini needs a display for the initial setup, plus to use the iPad as a second display.
