How can you block WiFi access for a specific app/s without installing 3rd party app?
The option available only for cellular internet for some reason.
I've Went through the settings and could only find some (twisted) way of using "Content & Privacy Restrictions", that half-baked solution isn't working for me.

You can succeed up to a level by turning off background app refresh for that specific apps.
But opening the app will get connect with the wifi, if it is turned on at that time.
You can create an automation to toggle WiFi ON or Off when an app is opened. in the shortcut app.
Yeah that is already done, But that's not what I'm Asking here.
I want to block all of the app internet access unless I Explicitly allow it from the settings / privacy dash board.

Yes - although these will still have reliance upon available system calls.
